Inspection

(Private) water drainage system inspection

During a sewerage inspection, the drainage system of a house or building is checked up to the public domain. The first step is to check whether rainwater and waste water are correctly separated.

The inspection is carried out using a water and/or smoke test, supplemented by an administrative check of the sewerage plan and the requirements as described in the environmental permit.

An inspection is mandatory in the following cases:
-for new construction or reconstruction;
-for an additional connection;
-for a disconnection project (construction of a separate system in the street);
-after an infringement has been established or after remedial measures have been carried out following a non-compliant inspection.

KPM guides you through your project from start to finish and ensures smooth and correct handling.
