Property Condition Report
A property condition report is typically drawn up at the start of a rental agreement, before the tenant moves in. This ensures both parties agree on the current state of the property. At the end of the rental period, a follow-up report may be created to document any changes or damage.
The report includes a detailed inventory of all rooms, materials, and the overall condition of the property, often supported by photographs. It is prepared by a qualified expert who objectively records all details. Both landlord and tenant receive a copy of the report, which serves as a reference throughout the rental period.
KPM can also assist in evaluating any damage or changes during the rental term to avoid disputes when the lease ends.
