Since 2016, it has been mandatory in Flanders to have ventilation systems measured by a certified ventilation reporter for new buildings or major energy renovations.

During this measurement, we use specialized equipment to check whether the required air supply and extraction flow rates (supply & exhaust) are being achieved. Depending on the type of ventilation system installed (e.g. type C or D), additional checks may also be necessary.

KPM is certified for all aspects of ventilation reporting and can also act as ventilation coordinator, offering a complete package that includes the design of the ventilation plan, registration in a recognized quality framework, and on-site measurements of all relevant components.
