A thermographic survey can be valuable for identifying or analyzing specific issues or irregularities in a building or home. Using an infrared camera, we detect thermal anomalies, surface temperature differences, or moisture problems in the inspected areas.

Building envelope scans are ideally performed before sunrise, as direct sunlight can hide certain defects. We also recommend conducting the survey when there is a temperature difference of at least 10 °C between the inside and outside of the building. This makes autumn and winter the ideal seasons for scheduling a thermographic scan.
